"Quick Delivery and Super Easy Process"
My order showed up faster than I expected, and the tracking was easy to follow the whole time. The delivery came right on the day they said it would, so I didn’t have to chase anything down or wonder what was going on. The whole process was really smooth and simple. "Ended up costing more than I thought"
The cover itself is fine, so no real complaints about the product. But the final price was higher than I expected once shipping and the extra charges were added on. I wish that had been communicated more clearly upfront, because it kind of felt like the total kept creeping up. For a custom order, I was expecting a better value. It works, but next time I’d probably compare a few other sites before ordering here again.

I got emails when my order was confirmed, when it went into production, and when it shipped, so it was easy to keep track of everything. One of the updates showed up a little later than I expected, but overall the communication was clear enough. I’m just hoping the actual product quality turns out as good as the ordering process seemed.

"Helpful service when I needed a quick answer"
I had to reach out to customer service because I wasn’t totally sure about the cover size I needed. I sent the message in the afternoon while I was making coffee, and they got back to me quickly. The answer was easy enough to understand, and they helped me figure it out without making it complicated. I did have to send one extra message just to confirm the size, but after that it was all sorted. Overall, good service and no real issues.

I’m definitely the kind of person who likes being able to pick exact sizes instead of settling for standard options, so this worked well for me. Ordering was straightforward, and adding my custom measurements wasn’t a hassle. I did spend a little extra time double-checking everything before placing the order, but that’s more just how I am. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the shipping updates could’ve been better. Overall though, I had a good experience.

"Fit was just what I needed"
I ordered a custom cover for my patio table and was a bit nervous about getting the measurements right. I followed their guide, though, and the cover showed up fitting really nicely, not too tight, not loose or baggy, just right.
The cutouts and the length were spot on too, which was a big relief. I’m happy with how it turned out and would definitely order again if I ever need another one
